INVER GROVE HEIGHTS WEEKEND GET-A-WAY OFFICIAL RULES

(No Purchase Necessary, Must Be at Least 18 Years of Age)

1. HOW TO ENTER: Log on to www.visitigh.com/contest, click on "Register to Win" and follow the on-screen entry instructions. Only one entry per contest.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the 50 United States, 18 years of age or older, and agrees to use of name for promotional purposes and will be announced in monthly e-newsletters. Employees of Inver Grove Heights Convention and Visitors Bureau Staff and Board Members, Ensemble Creative & Marketing, LLC and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited.

3. RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Judges. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by phone and/or e-mail. Release of Liability within three (3) days of attempted delivery or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.

4. PRIZES: Prize package will be available at hotel and awarded upon check-in. Total prize value will vary depending upon event and hotel package. Limit one prize per person, family, or household. No substitutions or transfers of prizes permitted by winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded.

5. GENERAL RULES: One entry per contest period. Winners eligible to enter every 90 days. By participating in this Contest, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges and warrants that s/he is eligible to participate in this Contest. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release Sponsor, its directors, employees, officers, and agents, including without limitation, its advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize-related activities.

6. POLICY: All email addresses kept strictly confidential and never shared, sold or distributed. You may remove yourself at any time from our mailing list via a link at the bottom of every email.
